It is with immense pleasure and satisfaction that the YATOSHA SERVICES Foundation shares a powerful milestone from the frontlines of the Ebola response in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
In Bunia, Ituri Province, the Director General of the National Institute of Public Health (INSP), Dr. Mwamba Kazadi Dieudonné, presided over a deeply moving ceremony to present certificates of recovery to four Ebola survivors—powerful symbols of their victory over the disease. This formal presentation took place in the presence of the Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO), Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, who was on-site to assess the regional epidemiological situation. They were joined by the Coordinator of the Public Health Emergency Operations Center (PHEOC), the Ebola Incident Manager, and key partners dedicated to fighting this epidemic.
This milestone was made possible by your vital financial support. During this challenging period of triple crisis, your generosity has funded invaluable resources that not only save lives but also restore hope to thousands of displaced persons and refugees.
The YATOSHA SERVICES Foundation wishes to express its deepest gratitude to every donor who contributed, through any channel, to support Bunia during this crisis. Your solidarity has saved lives and will continue to protect others. May you be blessed for your boundless compassion.
