ASAR Humanity is dedicated to supporting the right to education for displaced children in Palestine. In Gaza, Madrasah Athyaf As-Saadah currently serves 420 young students who are eager to learn despite living amid destruction. Our mission is to provide safe classroom tents, proper desks, learning materials, and teacher stipends to ensure these children do not lose their future to war.
Education in Gaza faces an unprecedented crisis. At Madrasah Athyaf As-Saadah, 420 students are forced to learn in 7 leaking makeshift tents without desks, chairs, textbooks, or basic stationery. Dedicated teachers also work without reliable stipends. Without proper shelter and learning tools, children are exposed to extreme weather and severe educational disruption.
ASAR Humanity is stepping in to restore dignity and continuity to these children's education. Through this project, we will deploy sturdy, weather-resistant classroom tents to replace leaking structures, equip learning spaces with proper desks, chairs, and blackboards, and distribute essential educational kits (school bags, stationery, and textbooks) to all 420 students. Additionally, we will provide teacher stipends (mukafaah) to support the educators keeping these classrooms alive.
By rebuilding this makeshift school environment, over 420 Palestinian children can continue their education in a safe, structured, and encouraging space. Keeping children in school fosters psychological resilience, protects them from long-term trauma, and equips them with the knowledge needed to rebuild their communities for a brighter, self-sustained future.
