Dear Supporters,
Following the recent ceasefire in Lebanon, INSAN has focused on supporting those directly affected by the conflict—particularly children and caregivers in Beirut’s southern suburbs and the South of Lebanon.
During this phase, we provided psychosocial support sessions, both in groups and individually, to help individuals process trauma, regain a sense of safety, and begin the path to emotional recovery. These sessions have proven to be both effective and deeply meaningful for the targeted population.
In total, 73 beneficiaries were supported through 35 structured sessions, focusing on emotional well-being, stress relief, and coping mechanisms.
We are deeply grateful for your generosity and solidarity. Your support enables us to be present where help is most needed, and to offer a safe space for healing and resilience.
With sincere thanks,
INSAN Association – Defending Human Rights
