Action Change is a charity that is committed to supporting our projects to become self-sustainable, we help mentor, train and prepare our local teams equipping them with a long term plan to fight global issues within their community. We currently support over 80 projects active with just over 50 projects that are now self sustainable.
As a team we are made up with a large number of professional volunteers and intern's and with no office we are proud that our monthly running costs as a charity is $3,000, not many charities can say that. We also work hard to ensure every donation goes directly to the project our supporters want to donate to, which means sometimes keeping the lights on get's a little tough.
It's be a hard 2024 and while we hate send emails about our charity as we prefer the spotlight to be on our work we are facing some tough times and need help to top up our bank and to keep on top those bills for running a charity such as website, donation platforms, banking fees, laptops and equipment for volunteers to do their magic!
We value your support to our charity over the years and we are incredibly happy with our impact over the last 19 years and for now it is all hands on deck to make sure we are here to celebrate our 20 years in 2025.
