At the beginning of this year 2019 Emergency Ambulance for Whisper's Hospital Project was set up with the aim of saving the lives of children, pregnant mothers and anemic patients who cannot afford health services and transport costs to reach the health centers.
We record quite a big number of deaths of children who die on the way to the hospital because of the delay to reach the hospitals due to lack of transport costs. At Whisper's Hospital we believe that these deaths can be avoided if we have an ambulance on standby. Through this, the number of deaths of children on arrival and those patients who urgently need blood transfusion will greatly reduce.
So far we have fundraised $171 towards this project out of the total goal of $30,000. We humbly request all our beloved Whisper friends and supporters to help us reach this goal in order to purchase the ambulance so that more lives of children and pregnant mothers can be saved especially for those who cannot afford to reach the health centers due to lack of transport costs caused by excess poverty.
Thank you so much for donating towards this life saving project.

Whisper's Magical Children's Hospital and Maternity has been trying to fundraise for an emergency ambulance which will aid in saving so many lives of children and adults. This was done due to the reported number of deaths encountered on arrival. This was critically investigated by our social workers and they found out that most of the children who died on arrival had neither ready means of transport nor transport fare.
So far we have raised $171 out of the required $30,000 goal. As Whisper's Magical Children's Hospital and Maternity, we believe having an ambulance will reduce on the number of deaths in communities which would have been avoided by having ready and reliable means of transportation where by a patient can even be transfused on the way to our Hospital.
We have a sick child in emergency ward by the name of Dorren who is being diagnosed with severe malaria and mild anemia but needs to be referred to Mulago national referral Hospital for her chemotherapy due to Retinoblastoma (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Retinoblastoma) but we don't have an ambulance to transport the child to Mulago national referral in time to receive her treatment given there is alot of traffic on Jinja-Kampala road which can be maneuvered by an emergency ambulance since it has a right of way.
Help us to reach our goal of $30,000 by donating to this project so that we can get an ambulance and help save so many lives of those who cannot afford transport cost to the Hospital for treatment or delivery especilly those living in extreme poverty.

Whisper's Magical Children's Hospital has so far received $171 out of $30,000 to Emergency Ambulance for Whisper's Hospital project through different generous donors.
This project was established to transport dying children who urgently need oxygen and blood transfusion before even reaching the Hospital. This week we have so far had three children who have died on arrival due to issues of lack of transportation.
It is our major aim to reduce the number of deaths of children who die because the parents cannot easily access the health facilities and have no means of transporting their sick children to the nearby health centers. This will be achieved throug procurement of the Ambulance.
We are looking foward to reaching the $30,000 goal with your help.
