ELP's Fellowship Program offers intensive leadership and skill training, regional networking opportunities, and time for personal and professional reflection. Consisting of three retreats and additional optional trainings, our curriculum helps emerging leaders hone their leadership styles, create learning organizations, and strengthen their outreach to diverse constituencies.

Today's complex environmental challenges call for a new brand of leadership. ELP will provide 12 days of training in high engagement leadership, diversity and the creation of learning organizations to 70 emerging and innovative leaders from academia, business, government and the non-profit sector. Upon completing the training program, these Fellows will join ELP's Senior Fellows Network of 600 graduates from across the country who are working towards a just and a sustainable future.

ELP Fellows participate in overnight retreats in the course of a year to build their leadership capacity and develop personal leadership plans. ELP is creating a new generation of diverse leaders working on the environment and social change through the development of inclusive, collaborative space that encourages risk taking, innovations and creativity.

Long-Term Impact

ELP is building a diverse network of leaders who are creating environmental and social change in all sectors of our society.
