We hope you all had a great Thanksgiving week with your framily and friends! We want to thank you again for your past donations to our kids in Madagascar. We wanted to give you a few updates from our coordinator, Randriamiarisoa.
First- We have opened a new group in Ambomangakely thanks to your donations! (Go ahead, give yourself a hand :))
Second- Randriamiarisoa sent the following she wanted to pass on to you. "This is a thanksgiving story that this family is grateful for the progam: His name is Mariano Emmanuel, 4 years old who lives with his grand parents, he has been sick of drepanocitose (sicke cell anemia) since he was 6 months. The doctor enters blood into him every 3 months and puts serium every month, he is very small. Surprising, since he has eaten plumpy he doesn't need blood into his body anymore, the doctor said that it's good."
Third- Three mothers who started taking Plumpy during their pregnancies came back to have their babies screened. They are all healthy, thanks to the supplements taken while the moms were pregnant.
Thank you so much for your support so far. If you feel so inclined, we'd love your support for #GivingTuesday by sharing our project or donating again! The more money we raise in comparison to our peers on GivingTuesday the more of the $150K in matching funds we get! Can you help? We're SO close to our project goal! Don't forget to wait til Giving Tuesday to donate.
