El Nino Effecting badly on Lower Sindh cropping pattern of small land holders
AHD is working in small farmers in Sindh Pakistan since 2002-2003 and during the period of 15 years AHD experienced the farmers declining situation of the crops and agricultural sector, the farmers were growing vegetable and cash crops on 5 to 10 acres now after 15 years deceased to 2 to 5 acres means it is the loss of almost more than 50% damages and losses.
What needs to face El Nino and climate challenges to create environment to conserve natural agricultural practices as well as plantation of trees on large scale and help farmers with small scale framings.
AHD successfully helped some 40 small farmers and the cultivated small scale crops and now happily start such models to secure food for their families.

Climate change impact badly on Thatta & Badin districts farmers did not grow rice crop
The rice crop season starts from the Month of Aril to July end but due to the climate change and affects on lower Sindh the irrigation water did not reached to tail ender & majority of tail enders do not cultivated rice crop as season now ending and the year 2019 will be very hard on the poor farmers of Jati area, we at AHD looking to help farmers in Water Conservation and water saving practices, via this project we will start water conservation ponds that farmers can grow small level crops and vegetable for themselves usage only,
Please help our this project and we can start up SMART AGRICULTURE FARMS on small level, hope to hear from you all, one smart farm will cost only 500 to 600 US $.

Pakistan Facing Water Shortage Crises in Lower Sindh
Presently very alarming situation for Lower Sindh Pakistan where irrigation water is continue shortage since last couple of years, Climate Change affects very much this region and now low rain fall with changing in climate conditions brining adverse affects of small land holders residing in far & scattered areas of Lower Sindh (Thatta, Badin, Tando M. Khan & Sujawal) districts continue decrease in 50 to 60% reduction in crop cultivation,
AHD helping some 800 farmers of ms of 25 village of these districts, farmers’ now cultivating using new techniques and technology with growing high yield water resistant crops Fodder, Oil seed crops Sunflower and lentils.
AHD want to reach out more farmers through this project, please help this project and support our Climate change activities.
