Education is considered as foundation of development and basic human right.Many Children, specially in the plains of Southern Nepal face severe flooding every year. In many cases, the children are the most vulnerable human masse during the natural disasters in the World.
During the floods, many children lost their school books, note books and other learning materials.First they flee to save their lives.Most of the people take refuse at the schools as the school buildings are relatively big and strong. While they spend their transitional lives, they need to do something to spend days. Childrens books are the gretest help to these affected children to overcome the trauma from the disaster.
We are trying to help these kids by providing school materials and children's books to continue their learning.
Sadly, We have NOT received adequate funding yet. However, We have dispatched some 250 books that we collected from our friends to Paradise Academy of Sarlahi District.
We hope to raise more funds to buy them school books and note books.
