Thanks to your support we managed to continue to help doctors and nurses to improve their professional knowledge and personal skills in order to provide our wards with even more qualified medical care and bring them closer to recovery.
English language courses
In addition to our ongoing lessons we have launched new online groups for nurses in Ukraine regions. Which is great because before they couldn't even dream about such an opportunity! For us it is always a pleasure to be the one who can make it real.
Soft skills trainings for doctors and nurses.
Overall we have organized 7 online training in the third quarter 2020.
As a continuation of Successful doctor academy course 4 trainings were heldvonline and covered such topics as the Doctor's personal brand, Communication with colleagues and patients (how to find the right words and arguments for different types of patients etc).
Also we have launched a short online course for doctors from one of the original children's hospitals. There were already 2 trainings which were dedicated to basic knowledge of communication skills and Psycho types of people and how to recognize them.
Leadership School for Nurses
We continue our exclusive course for pediatric oncology nurses and a few more important topics were covered:
Also new knowledge post evaluation methodology has been implemented in order to track progress.
Pediatric oncology nurses school
This course was the last one which was added to online format this yearbecause of the big participants number and difficulties of audience.The thing is that majority of nurses have low digital literacy and skills and simply don't even have smartphones or PCs.But based on success of Leadership school for nurses online we decided that it is time to start and it was the right decision.
As our courses for nurses are the only ones which are dedicated to pediatric oncology the motivation and interest of participants are really high.
