Estamos agradecidas por el informe que hemos recibido y por nuestra participación continua con las doulas en el programa del Hospital MC.
El programa del Hospital MC incluyó una pasantía de Acompañamiento Perinatal para estudiantes de Casa Amanecer. Recibimos a 7 practicantes semanales durante 3 meses, que acompañaron partos en el Hospital MC. Además, impartimos clases perinatales para 35 mujeres y sus acompañantes.
Brindamos medicamentos para dos partos: uno para una joven del pueblo de Tepoztlán y otro para una joven de fuera de la ciudad que no tenía recursos y necesitaba atención.
Adicionalmente, proporcionamos pañales para adultos, pañales para recién nacidos, jeringas, solución salina, oxitocina, suturas, gasas, guantes y vitamina K con el apoyo de nuestros donantes de GlobalGiving.
Queremos seguir haciendo esta labor, y con tu apoyo lo hemos podido lograr más fácilmente.

We're thankful for the support we have received and our ongoing participation with our Doulas at the MC Hospital program.
The MC Hospital program included a Perinatal Accompaniment Internship for students of Casa Amanecer. We hosted 7 weekly interns for 3 months who accompanied births at the MC Hospital. Additionally we held perinatal classes for 35 women and their companions.
We provided medication for two births, one for a girl from the village of Tepoztlan and one for a girl from out of town who had no money and in need of care.
Additionally we provided adult diapers, newborn diapers, syringes, saline solution, oxytocin, sutures, gauze, gloves, vitamin K with the support from our GlobalGiving donors.
We want to continue doing this work, and with your support we have been able to achieve it more easily.
