Segundo Reporte trimestral, Casa Amanecer: arte y bienestar

Agradeciendo el apoyo recibido, pudimos realizar nuestra labor en favor del desarrollo de los niños y niñas desde su gestación hasta su 1ª infancia.

Comprometidas con el inicio de la vida en los vientres maternos, el nacimiento y el desarrollo de estos nuevos seres humanos. Hemos realizado algunas actividades a favor de un inicio, con mayor salud, armonía y respetando los derechos humanos de las madres y sus nenes. Como clases de preparación perinatal y clases de creatividad para infantes. El nacimiento y la crianza con respeto, amor, creatividad y libertad proporciona un desarrollo armonioso y feliz, apoyando así un crecimiento en donde el niño y la niña siente seguridad y confianza, en el mundo que le rodea.

En el área de profesiones, dimos una sensibilización al personal del Hospital Materno Infantil de Magdalena Contreras, para mejorar las condiciones de atención al nacimiento enseñando las prácticas basadas en medicina con evidencia actualizada, apoyada por las normas mexicanas. Iniciamos con un grupo de acompañantes perinatales (doulas) la  educación y el acompañamiento de las mujeres en sus embarazos y partos. Promoviendo prácticas que apoyan la salud, la confianza y el respeto de los derechos humanos de las mujeres, sus familias y los bebés que nacen. Favoreciendo así el apego al nacimiento y con ello las  relaciones materno/infantil saludables y el neuro desarrollo desde el inicio de la vida.

1. Clases mensuales de preparación perinatal a 28 mujeres, en diferentes contextos.

“  Con los doctores vemos otras cosas referentes a la salud, con las doulas vemos nuestras emociones y nos alientan a recuperar nuestra fuerza para parir.”

1. Talleres de creatividad a 25 infancias.

“Gracias infinitas maestras, por su amor a nuestras criaturas y por todo su trabajo, hoy fue una presentación muy hermosa”

1. Curso de Sensibilización a 50 doctores y enfermeras en el Hospital Materno Infantil. Ante la pregunta, ¿que aprendieron?

• “Mejor trato a la paciente , más libertad”. 

• “Trato más humanizado hacia las pacientes”.

• “A erradicar la violencia obstétrica”

1. Acompañamiento diario a mujeres en las salas de labor del Hospital Materno Infantil. 40 mujeres en total.

“ Estuve toda la noche sintiéndome muy sola, la doula me hizo sentir acompañada y que fuera más fácil mi labor y parto”

Second Quarter Report,  Educational Center Amanecer: health and art 

Thanking the support received, we were able to carry out our work in favor of the development of children from gestation to their 1st childhood.

Committed to the beginning of life in the womb, the birth and development of these new human beings. We have carried out some activities in favor of a beginning, with greater health, harmony and respecting the human rights of mothers and their children. Such as perinatal preparation classes and creativity classes for infants. Being born and raised with respect, love, creativity and freedom provides a harmonious and happy development, thus supporting a growth where the child feels secure and confident in the world around him.

In the area of professions, we gave a workshop to the staff of the Magdalena Contreras Maternal and Children's Hospital, to improve the conditions of birth care by teaching practices based on medicine with updated evidence, supported by Mexican standards. We began with a group of perinatal companions (doulas) the education and accompaniment of women in their pregnancies and births. Promoting practices that support the health, trust, and respect for human rights of women, their families, and the babies who are born. Favoring attachment with mother and baby skin to skin contact in birth, gives healthy maternal/infant relationships and neurodevelopment from the beginning of life.

1. Perinatal preparation classes for 28 women and their partners, at Amanecer home and 50 women and their partners, at the hospital.

1. Creativity workshops and follow-up to 25 children.

1. An Awareness Course for 50 Doctors and Nurses at the Maternal and Child Hospital. When asked, what did they learn?

• "Better treatment for the patient, more freedom." 

• "More humanized treatment of patients."

• "To eradicate obstetric violence"

1. Daily accompaniment of women in the work rooms of the Maternal and Children's Hospital. Total 40 women.

"I was all night feeling very lonely, the doula made me feel accompanied and made my labor and delivery easier"

We want to continue doing this work, and with your support we have been able to achieve it more easily.
