The Eastern of DRC is victim of more conflicts and war since many years ago .People are living in displaced areas and Children and Women are the most vulnerables . Many Children abandoned school because of the conflicts in the region . Many schools are destroyed in the Rutshuru and Masisi Territories . The project will support orphans , Children living with disability , HIV/AIDS affected children by school fees payment , Education materials , schools rehabilitation , Water and Sanitation .
The Community is facing to the regular conflicts and war in the region . People are Displaced and are living in IDPS camps , none are now returning in their home . Economy th these families is a Challenge .In Returning areas , schools are destroyed during combats and children are affected when they are leaning in destroyed schools . More children don't have to go to school because their parents don't have to assist them with school materials , school fees when goverment is anable.
Ti solve problem , this project will help Children to attend schools by providing school materials , school fees , cloths , by rehabilitate schools and equipement . The project will integrate Water and Sanitation by rehabilitate water points in schools and latrines construction . Children will be protected about water born desseases . We will integrated Child rights and HIV/AIDS prevention as mainstreaming aspects to the project implementation .
Directly 300 children will be benficiairies of the project . Indirect beneficiairies are Teachers , Communities including parents . At lonf term, many other children will benefit to rehabilitate schools and water points in the areas. 10 schools will be choosen to be rehabilitate , 10 water points will be rehabilitate and 10 latrines will be constructed in the targeted schools .
