This project was inspired by the deplorable state of the school during our first visit; with leaking roofs, broken walls, no sanitary facilities and classroom furniture. It was disheartening to see how learning was conducted in very harsh weather conditions as both the teachers and pupils were exposed to the hot sun and rainfall.
Over 500 children will be direct beneficiaries of this re-built class room, and more than 1000 indirect beneficiaries, children who have being inspired to go to school just to be sit inside the classrooms, Parents who have found hope and believe due to the fact that their children will not be endangered trying to acquire formal education. Completing of this project has helped us achieve one of our thematic goal of Education, especially for the disadvantaged and less privileged children within rural communities. This has put our organization on the road map of achieving the UN SDG 4 of Quality EducationThank you for promoting access to quality education for vulnerable children. We have come this far with your support.
CHALLENGES
