Background of child:
Girl[6years old] parents, both are suffering from HIV. Her father took her to ICTC center in Sangareddy.There they decided she is suffering from HIV positive.Because of their poverty they are not able to take care of little angel. Finally they joined her in DESIRE Society in the Year 2023.
Her parent was referred to us and given admission at the age of 6years 8months . Her health condition was not good till admission. She was malnourished. We started giving her proper nutrition and supplementary medicines like Zinc, Calcium and protein powder to improve her body weight.
She is admitted in private English medium school close to care home in class UKG .She goes school regularly and she want to become a doctor.

Case Study of Child
The girl life was shattered with loss of both with HIV at tender age. She is hadly remembering her recently parents. She was kept with relatives and Relatives started looking for orphanage which can accommodate such children.
She was referred to us and given admission at age of 9 years. Health condition was not good till admission. The food related special care was put on alert. Dietician took extra care to build up her immunity system strongly. The supplementary nutrition kit is base of giving boost to her health care.
She is admitted in private English medium school close to care home in class 5th. She enjoys the studies and want to attend school regularly.
She want to become a teacher and help needy when grown up.

BOY STATUS WITH GROWTH PROGRESSION

The boy’s life was shattered when 9 years old. He lost both HIV parents at tender age. He was kept with relatives. His elder brother was not suffering with HIV so relatives could manage with him. But, this boy ,being HIV had tough time. Relatives started looking for orphanage which can accommodate such children.
He was referred to us and given admission. Her health was on verge of collapse when he got admitted. He was immediately put on ART usage. The food related special care was put on alert. Dietician took extra care to build up her immunity system strongly. The supplementary nutrition kit is base of giving boost to his health care.
The opportunistic infections were addressed with immediate effect. His physical and mental status has improved within a short duration of admission in care home.
He is put into schooling and finishing this admitted into private college. He successfully cleared his 10th board exam[10.0 grade]. Now the champ is he Kallam Anji Reddy Vocational Junior college, Hyderabad from academic year 2022 and reached to Second year of studies.
GlobalGiving grant is showing way of progression to such children. The support received is utilized for benefit of children like his at care home level,IDA Bollaram.
