All the 740 children are  promoted to the next grade and preparing with uniform and books to go to school on 12th June 2014 as the academic year starts from June in India. ARV identified 75 poorest of the poor children and distributed school supplies (books, slates, pens, pencils, slate pencils, erasers and sharpeners). Brain, Lena and Sandy from Canada who also supported through Global Giving have participated in the distribution of school supplies. 70% of the children are  improved marks and getting ranks through the child education program. Children are able to clarify their doubts in the subjects. Parents are expressing their happiness towards their children education

“Child Anuhya” said, before coming to Child Education Program I am unable to solve the problems in mathematics, but with the help of our teacher I am able to do the sums. Teacher clarifies my doubts and explains the sums, then I am able to do that. Thank you to my Teacher and ARV for helping me in my education and making me to come up with my studies well. Now I improved even my percentage of marks from Ist unit to IIIrd unit test.  I got 73% in I Unit but I improved to 86% to III Unit.

The child Naveen” said that Child Education Program is helping me very much in improving my studies. Before this program I had a lot of doubts in my subjects, asked my mother to join me in tuition but due to our financial conditions it is not possible. But now I am very happy that ARV provided us with this program and now I am clearing all my doubts and able to study well and getting good marks.

“The child Durga Prasad” said that I am studying VII Class and my brother Hari Prasad in V Class. We both are coming to Child Education Program. It is very helpful for us, by coming here I came to know the importance of education and now I am studying well and I am even helping my brother in his studies sometimes. Our teacher is very good and cool having so much of patience to clarify my doubts.

ARV supported for a Bsc Nursing student named C.Sowmya, to pay the fees for her college as her father is unable to afford the fee and requested ARV to help his daughter for her education.

ARV team thanked all the supporters who have been involved in changing lives of children and giving future. Donors are free to ask any information with regard project so that we could respond and give more information. The one  way we are very happy that donors are supporting children the other way we have also big challenge ahead that neighboring villages also requesting ARV to help their children. We are finding ways to raise more funds to help the children  through Global Giving as we have not reached the target funds.
