In the framework of the commemoration of our 35 years of history in 2024, ednica, Institución de Asistencia Privada, is proud to present its annual report 2024, a reflection of the constant commitment to the promotion and defence of the rights of children and youth in street situations. Throughout these decades, ednica has worked on the construction of care strategies from a focus on the recognition of children and adolescents as subjects of rights.
Our actions in 2024 focused on strategic areas such as education, physical and emotional health, as well as participation and organisation for the recognition of the rights of children, adolescents and young people living and working in public spaces. Each effort was aimed at favouring the construction of alternatives for a dignified life and creating safe environments for their full development.
The year 2024 was a period of significant progress and important challenges. The visibility and importance of our work is reflected not only in the numbers achieved, but also in the impact on the lives of children, adolescents, young people and their families.
