Our project “Provide a Safe & Loving Home to 130 Children” is progressing well, and the children continue to receive consistent care, education, and emotional support.
Beyond the formal school program, we place strong emphasis on activities that help children manage stress and heal from trauma. We regularly organize supportive and creative side activities aimed at emotional expression, self-confidence, and resilience.
Recently, we welcomed a community of artists from Singapore who worked with our children using art as a tool for expression, healing, and self-empowerment. We also hosted youth visitors from other countries, creating valuable opportunities for cultural exchange, shared experiences, and mutual empowerment between our youth and theirs.
In addition, we have a permanent music teacher, and extracurricular activities such as music, dance, and acrobatic yoga are an important part of daily life at Baan Unrak. These activities help the children build confidence, release emotional tension, strengthen social bonds, and rediscover joy.
Through this holistic approach—combining education, creativity, movement, and emotional support—we continue to help our traumatized children recover, grow, and thrive in a safe and loving environment.
