Gratitude, New Year Wishes and Our Progress

By Andrew M Niwagaba | Project Leader

Having ushered in the New Year, I extend my deepest gratitude for your unwavering support and generosity throughout the past year(s). Your commitment to our cause has been instrumental in creating positive change and providing hope to the children that benefit from this project.  I thus would like to wish you a Happy New Year filled with joy, success, and fulfillment. May the coming months bring prosperity and happiness to you and your loved ones.

I am equally pleased to share that the year 2024 has commenced on a fairly positive note. Your past contributions ensured that the children were able to have a roof over their head and food throughout the year.  Yes, we made progress. The children were able to attend school for all the three school terms and got promoted to the next classes. They had a peaceful holiday and the new school term begins on 6th February 2024. However, we still face uncertainties as we navigate outstanding school fees bills from the previous year. We were unable to pay school fees for all the children last year and have no idea if the schools will receive them this year.

Despite these uncertainties, the resilience of the children we support remains our driving force. Their needs persist and your continued support is crucial in ensuring they receive the care and opportunities they deserve. Your previous contributions have been a lifeline for us, enabling education, healthcare and a nurturing environment for these young lives.

As we look ahead, we earnestly appeal for your continued support. Your generosity has the power to turn uncertainties into opportunities and to provide a stable foundation for the children's future. Your ongoing commitment will directly impact their lives, ensuring they receive the support necessary for their growth and development.

Once again, thank you for being a vital part of our journey. We are truly grateful for your kindness and dedication to making a positive difference. Together, let us navigate the uncertainties and build a brighter future for those who depend on our collective efforts.
