Project Report | Sep 18, 2011
what are we not doing right?

By A.M. Niwagaba | Exec Director NAF

Hello everyone, I am Happy to report that we at Ngoma Aid Foundation are fine. The girls are all back to school for the last school term of the year although putting their school fees together for this term has been a hurdle. We have some uncleared bills.

I am still figuring out what it is that we are not doing right given that we have less and less donations coming through to the organisation. It is at this point that i kindly request all well wishers to help us direct traffic to our project page or organisational website www.freetocharities.org.uk/naf as a way of attracting potential donors to our website and fundraising page. I continue to request our donors to help us spread the word about our project as a bid to attract more donors and well wishers to the project.

Our oldest beneficiary,Josephine, joined University this semester and she will be helping with the organisation work as she pursues her studies given that we are still contributing to her education. All the girls are in perfect health, something we continue to thank God for given that we rarely have sickness cases both at the house and the different schools they attend.

The new deaf and dumb girl is still at home given that we are still trying to come with ways in which we can help. A sponsor for her would be ideal because she need alot more that the rest of the girls. I am optimistic that something good is on the way and that she could be in school next year. I will keep you informed about the same.

This is a promotional term and we have asked all the girls to do their level best and perform well. We will try and upload the end of year school reports for our donors and friends to see.

I have uploaded some new photographs of the girls. It took a whole day to do about four files. That is how terrible internet can be here sometimes. I am still uploading more for the rest of the girls for our donors to access.

I wish every one of our donors and friends well and continue to request for your support. Kindly help us spread the word about the project to family members and friends too.

Till then.
