Dear donors and friends,
I am proud to share that, despite an extraordinarily difficult period, we completed our school year on July 31 and are now preparing at full speed to begin a new one in early September. Our team and facilities will be ready, and all our services—psychoeducational programs, diagnostics, therapies, and training—will be fully operational.
In the midst of the two earthquakes that struck Caracas and surrounding cities on June 24, the resilience and solidarity of our community have been an inspiration. We supported one another, mourned together the losses experienced by our students, employees, and families, and returned to work. We extended the school year and continued providing what our families needed most—and what we do best: a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.
The photographs, from our transition ceremony—celebrating students who are moving on to new educational settings—tell this story better than words can.
We are fortunate to build upon 20 years of experience, an outstanding facility, a committed team, and your unwavering support. Together, these strengths give us the foundation to respond to our community’s changing needs.
We are determined to adapt, work hard, and play our part in the recovery. Neurodivergent children and those affected by trauma need knowledgeable, well-trained teachers who can provide safe, structured, and empathetic learning environments. Autistic children also need specialized services. Yet these services remain scarce, while families have less capacity to pay and local donors face many urgent demands.
Preserving our team, expertise, and services will be essential during this exceptionally challenging year. Your continued support will help us remain fully operational and ensure that children and families can continue receiving the specialized education and care they need.
Thank you for standing with our community and helping us move forward.
