Brick kiln girls in Pakistan are at high risk of child labor, early marriage, and abuse-simply because their families are trapped in extreme poverty. This project will educate and protect 50 girls (ages 5-16) through learning support, school supplies, and mentoring in brick kiln communities. For girls facing serious risk, we will provide immediate protection and continued education through Abba Grace Home, giving them safety, dignity, and a real future.
In Pakistan, girls living in brick kiln communities face extreme poverty, child labor, and social exclusion. Many families are trapped in bonded labor, forcing children-especially girls-to work instead of attending school. These girls are at high risk of early marriage, abuse, exploitation, and lifelong illiteracy. Without education and protection, brick kiln girls remain trapped in a cycle of poverty with no opportunity for a safe and independent future.
This project will educate and protect 50 brick kiln girls (ages 5-16) by providing learning support, school supplies, and mentoring in brick kiln communities. Bright Hope Ministries will work with families to keep girls in education and away from child labor. Girls facing serious risk will receive protection and continued education through Abba Grace Home, a safe residential care facility.
The longterm impact of this project is improved safety, education, and life opportunities for brick kiln girls. Educated girls are more likely to delay early marriage, avoid exploitation, and contribute positively to their families and communities. Over time, this project helps break cycles of poverty and bonded labor by empowering girls with knowledge, confidence, and hope for a dignified future.
