Project Supporters,

We greatly appreciate your ongoing educational support for students in Sierra Leone. Thanks to you, more students, like Ibrahim, are getting the computer training they need for success in today's technology-driven environment.

Ibrahim benefited from an eight-week computer course this summer. The computer course aimed to introduce basic computer skills at the Develop Africa Sierra Leone Computer Lab in Freetown.

The course covered two topics;

 1. Introduction to computer

This topic focused on the following subtopics:

  • Parts of computer: Keyboard, mouse, monitor, CPU, etc.
  • Types of computers
  • Components of computers

 2.  Introduction to Microsoft Word.

Basic Microsoft word skills such as typing, formatting text, etc. were covered.

Ibrahim was grateful to take the computer class and sent a video of thanks saying-

Hello, my name is Ibrahim. I'm one of the beneficiaries of Develop Africa Sierra Leone. I'm enjoying taking computer classes through Develop Africa. Thank you for your support.

Your support is making a difference for future leaders in Sierra Leone, like Ibrahim. Our recurring donors are making a continuous impact and we are truly grateful for the ongoing support. If you are not yet a recurring donor, we warmly invite you to consider setting up a recurring donation.
