Peter is a 12-years-old Primary five student at Nyaka Primary School who lives with his widowed mother and siblings. When his father died, Peter’s family was left with financial struggles. Once Peter’s father passed, the landlord of the home they were renting, chased them away, so they returned to his mother’s birthplace to stay with relatives. Peter’s mother could not afford to send him or his siblings to school, but his mother learned about Nyaka through a family friend.
Peter is grateful to have been accepted into Nyaka Primary School. His favorite subject is science and plans to become a doctor.
Thank you for supporting our students' futures. Student's lives like Peter's are positively altered because of your support.
