Mentorship & Leadership Skills Development

This quarter, we witnessed remarkable growth among the girls we mentor. Through leadership workshops, life-skills training, and goal-setting sessions, they blossomed into confident, resilient young leaders ready to take on life’s challenges. Leadership sessions empowered the girls to take up roles just as their male peers do. Home visits allowed us to engage families directly, ensuring the girls’ personal and educational needs were met.

Guidance and Counseling

Sometimes, all it takes is someone who listens. We provided personalized counseling to over 350 girls navigating personal struggles, both individual and in group settings, offering them a safe space to heal and grow.

One especially moving story is that of Lavin, a 17-year-old partial orphan. Her mother passed on on the hospital bed when giving birth to her. She is currently living with her stepmother who does not treat her as her child. She faces severe neglect by her. She shared her health concerns during a counseling session and we rushed her to the hospital. After seeking medical attention, she was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection and received treatment. Lavin is now back in class, determined to continue her education. Two other girls from the same school also received medical care and have resumed their studies.

Basic Emergency Support

This quarter, we provided dignity packs and essential school supplies to 350 girls from our 16 partner schools, ensuring they could focus on learning without unnecessary barriers.

Looking Ahead

As we reflect on these stories, we are driven by the belief that every girl deserves the chance to shine. We are committed to nurturing more success stories through continued mentorship, counseling, and essential support. Thank you for walking this journey with us—together, we are changing lives, one girl at a time.
