2018 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) and Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education examination results were released in mid December 2018. 17 students who have been under our mentorship program recorded good perfomance in the exams courtesy of our team of volunteers who carried out targeted mentorship and teaching for these students.
2019 prgram have seen four high school students out of the forty targeted for this program identified for the tuition fees pament and purchase of learning materials. The organization has recruited four volunteer teachers to provide teaching assistance and individually support students in most need through mentorship.
We are happy the project is a success as more children finish primary and secondary school with a high level of literacy. We envision that by the end of 2019 we shall have reached our target of 40 students benefitting from the program and more than 30 students recording good performance in the national examinations.
