CHHASE India, our dedicated staff, and our wonderful beneficiaries send our warmest gratitude for your timely educational and nutritional support. Your generous contributions provide underprivileged and tribal children with essential school kits, uniforms, school fees, and daily meals, successfully keeping them safe from starvation.
We are excited to celebrate Children's Day on 14th November 2026. As part of this year's Distributions, we have distributed comprehensive school kits containing school bags, notebooks, pens, pencils, erasers, sharpeners, and sketch pens to 1,200 deserving children. Beyond these supplies, your ongoing kindness ensures that 243 tribal children receive a nutritious dinner every single day, alongside new clothes during festive seasons, keeping them both happy and healthy.
Our evening study center provides children with a hot, nutritious meal consisting of rice, sambar, vegetable curry, rasam, and appalam. This environment allows them to focus on their after-school education while having their primary school fees, geometry boxes, uniforms, and casual clothing completely covered. The visible joy and bright smiles on the faces of these children and their parents are a direct result of your compassion, and they sincerely send blessings to you and your family.
To share the real-world impact of your support, we would like to highlight the story of Munuswamy, a grateful tribal parent. Munuswamy comes from an uneducated family and relies on seasonal agricultural labor, woodcutting, and clearing land for minimal wages. He desperately wanted an education for his son and daughter but struggled to afford even basic school bags or sufficient food, leaving the family to face starvation during lean work seasons. While the children received a midday meal at school, they often went hungry in the evenings until CHHASE stepped in. Today, thanks to your generosity, Munuswamy's children receive school supplies, uniforms, and a full dinner at our study center, while the parents benefit from crucial income-generating training.
