“YOU SACRIFICED SO I COULD RISE” (Mother's day)

Mother’s day is a special day, for all children and mothers as it celebrates the bond of love and affection that is everlasting. Mothers are the backbone of the family, who have the magic touch to heal all wounds and make all things beautiful.

We created a great opportunity to show our Respect and Love for all the Mothers from Sumargadarshak SUKRUPA. The students had a lot of fun and learning while planning for the Mother's day Event.

It was so overwhelming to all of us to see the happiness of our mothers while enjoying it. All the Mothers were excited to participate in all the activities. The special moment of sharing a bond between a mother and a child was so emotional and heart touching where all the children had lots of things to share about their mothers' sacrifice and hard work. This particular day was focused to show the importance and value of a mother who is selflessly giving all of her efforts to make our life better.

A theater performance was performed by the Undergraduates with the thought of recreating a  beautiful bond between a Mother and child on the concept of child marriage and struggles to make them feel special. A fantastic dance performance was done by the students.

All the mothers were surprised with a lot of gifts from Candies to Cosmetics through which they really felt special and happy.  A Delicious Dinner was arranged for all the Mothers and children to celebrate the special occasion of respecting and spreading love to their mothers.

This opportunity was provided to all the students to say a Thank you note to their mothers. And realise the sacrifice,  hard work, and involvement of their mothers. Which created a huge impact on the children to learn and value every bit of action that a mother is doing for a child in her life.
