Adam..Writing His Dreams with His Left Hand

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

Adam lost his right arm, but he never lost his desire to learn. Today, he writes with his left hand and continues his educational journey with a smile that reflects his determination to move forward despite the challenges he faces.

Writing with his other hand may seem like a simple act, but for Adam, it represents a skill he has developed to adapt to his circumstances and continue exercising his right to education.

Every word he writes reminds us that physical differences do not limit ambition, and that the right opportunities can help children discover and develop their abilities.

At Masarat, we believe children with disabilities deserve education that responds to their needs, respects their abilities, and gives them the opportunity to learn and participate with confidence and independence.

These opportunities are especially important for children living in displacement camps or facing difficult living conditions, where distance and mobility challenges can create additional barriers to continuing their education.

Through digital education, we work to bring learning closer to these children and help them continue their studies despite the difficulties they face.

Adam's story reminds us that education is about more than gaining knowledge. It gives children the opportunity to develop their abilities, strengthen their confidence, and move toward the future with ambition and hope.

Thanks to your generosity through GlobalGiving, we continue providing educational opportunities for orphaned children and children with disabilities, supporting them as they work toward their goals.

Thank you for giving children like Adam the opportunity to write their own stories and build futures defined by their abilities and dreams, rather than the challenges they face.
