From their very first moments, children search for ways to communicate what they need. At first, tears are their language. Later, they learn words and begin to express their fears, sadness, questions, and the experiences that shape their small world.
As they grow, children need more than the ability to speak. They need someone who listens—someone who takes their feelings seriously, reassures them when they are afraid, and helps them understand what they are going through.
For many orphaned children, finding that person can become more difficult after losing one or both parents. Feelings may remain unspoken and questions unanswered at a time when a child deeply needs to feel heard and understood.
This is where your support makes a difference.
Thanks to your generosity, Masarat works to provide orphaned students with psychosocial support and safe spaces where they can express their feelings, talk about their fears and questions, and find people who listen and offer thoughtful guidance.
The goal is not to replace the family a child has lost. It is to make sure they do not have to face everything alone—to surround them with an environment that helps restore a sense of safety, build confidence, and continue their education and their lives with greater hope.
There are still orphaned children who need a space like this—children carrying so much inside who simply need the chance to be heard and supported.
With your continued support, we can reach more of them and provide the education, care, and safe spaces they need to grow with confidence and hope.
Thank you for allowing your generosity to tell a child, even without knowing your name: We hear you. What you feel matters. And you do not have to walk this path alone.
