When a Student Begins to Set a Goal

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

Ibrahim, one of Masarat’s students, once said:

“Many students in Syria don’t have access to what we learn at Masarat, but I have a goal, and I want to achieve it.”

His words carry a deep meaning. Ibrahim, who only a few years ago could not imagine setting a clear goal for himself, can now see a path ahead. He holds on to his dream and believes that his future is worth working for.

This is the impact your support makes possible.

In Syria, many students have not only lost access to education. They have also lost the ability to plan, dream, and see the future as something they can build. Some live through circumstances so difficult that thinking about tomorrow feels out of reach, and surviving the present becomes their main concern.

This is why Masarat exists.

We work to reach students wherever they are through a digital learning system that helps them learn, receive guidance, and gain skills that can bring them closer to work opportunities and independence. We want every student to find a space where they can say: I have a goal, and I can work toward it.

Your generosity keeps this door open.

Because of your support, students like Ibrahim can move from feeling that the future is far away to believing they have a place in it.

Thank you for helping students reclaim their right to learn, to dream, and to shape a path toward a more dignified and hopeful life.
