Keeping Students Connected to Learning

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

Sometimes, a student does not leave education because they stopped caring. Sometimes, one unanswered question, one missed class, one technical issue, or one difficult moment can become the beginning of distance.

This is where student affairs support becomes essential.

At Masarat, the student affairs team helps students stay connected to their learning journey. Their work goes beyond attendance follow-up. It is a daily effort to notice who is absent, understand why, answer questions, offer encouragement, solve access challenges, and help students feel that someone is walking with them.

For orphan students and young people affected by displacement, this kind of follow-up can make a real difference. When life is unstable, consistent support gives students a sense of care and belonging. It reminds them that they are not just names in a system, but learners whose presence, progress, and wellbeing matter.

The team also supports students emotionally and practically, helping them navigate difficult circumstances, use learning tools, stay engaged in their classes, and continue despite the pressures around them. Every message answered and every problem solved can mean one more student remains on the path of learning.

Because of your generosity, Masarat can provide not only lessons, but the care and follow-up that help students continue.

Thank you for helping students stay connected, supported, and hopeful.
