In the face of the challenges that orphaned children in northern Syria encounter, your humanitarian efforts shine brightly through your strong support for enhancing their psychological resilience. This support enables them to cope with life's pressures and difficult challenges without a lasting impact on their personalities and well-being, empowering them to overcome these hurdles. We are truly grateful for your dedication.
Our team of psychologists at Masarat initiative is diligently working towards achieving the goals of psychological resilience for these children. Their work includes individual counseling sessions, one-on-one, within a safe space, focusing on several key areas:
- Promoting emotional resilience.
- Cultivating positive thinking.
- Strengthening social relationships.
- Developing coping and adaptation skills.
- Boosting self-confidence.
- Enhancing stress management skills.
- Promoting self-awareness.
- Encouraging constructive response capabilities.

In the wake of the recent heart-wrenching attack on a school in northwest Syria, the resolve of your contributions shines brighter than ever.
Over the past three years, our region has witnessed the tragic loss of over 50 dedicated teachers to military attacks, with hundreds more forced to abandon their vocation amidst the chaos. The staggering figure of 138 school attacks stands as a stark reminder of the challenges we face.
Yet, amidst this turmoil, your unwavering support has been a beacon of hope. Thanks to your contributions, Masarat has been instrumental in mitigating the educational disruption through its digital classrooms, bridging gaps in learning and offering safe, accessible education to those affected.
