250 Participants in Entrepreneurship
By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

Many of our Syrian youth possess innovative entrepreneurial ideas, but they remain confined to potential due to the absence of a professional incubator, one that connects this creativity with a systematic path to ensure its conversion into real projects.
For this purpose, Masarat designed the Entrepreneurship Program, and we are delighted to welcome approximately 250 participants, a number that exceeded our initial expectations! The program acts as a professional incubator for ideas, where participants move on to the training stages and practical challenges.
This means that in a few months, we will have many small and medium-sized enterprises ready to launch.
Thank you to all our donors on GlobalGiving, for you fund the environment that allows 250 young individuals to become project leaders instead of job seekers.

The Skill of Confrontation

Upon entering the job market, most of us face a deficit in soft skills, specifically the fear of public speaking and effective communication. This deficiency prevents us from clearly presenting our ideas and abilities, thus diminishing our opportunities for leadership and competitiveness in the work environment.
To address this, we initiated a specialized training course with a number of Masarat students, titled "Communication Skills and Public Speaking." The course is physically delivered by the distinguished expert, Mr. Nawras, in Damascus. The training aims to:
-
Teach trainees to directly utilize these skills in their professional lives.
-
Enable them to deliver persuasive presentations.
-
Help them build a strong professional network.
Thanks to this training, their fear of speaking transforms into strength and courage, and they gain an influential voice that opens new professional doors for them.
Thank you, for funding the skills that are not taught in textbooks, and for ensuring our youth a place at the forefront of the professional scene.

Where Do They Learn Leadership?
By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

The problem in an orphan's life is not only the absence of income, but the lack of a living parental role model who teaches them essential life skills, ethical values, and how to make sound decisions. Our orphaned children find themselves facing the challenge of existence and adaptation without a guiding figure in daily life, exposing them to the risks of delinquency or making wrong choices during adolescence.
Therefore, we ensure the creation of a link between every orphan and mentors and psychological specialists who serve as a positive "temporary role model" to compensate for the absence of the parental figure. They are trained in life skills, decision-making, emotion management, and dealing with the challenges of adolescence.
Our goal is to build balanced personalities capable of self-leadership: instead of feeling lost, the student acquires an ethical and behavioral compass.
Thank you, for you fund the creation of positive role models and instill values in the hearts of our orphaned children, ensuring they emerge into society as active and responsible individuals.
