By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

Our ambitious youth, like Husni, face an arduous challenge: hard labor during the day to secure their family's livelihood, which leaves them exhausted by evening. This dual life weakens the resolve of many and makes them prone to giving up on education.
But the astonishing thing about Husni's story is his smile, when evening arrives, and he opens his smart phone to start studying with Masarat, his beautiful, sincere smile lights up his face, this smile is not due to rest, but because education represents hope for him, he found in our flexible platform the solution that allowed him to organize his time to see his reality changing into a better one founded on education.
The impact is hope derived from knowledge: thanks to your support, exhaustion is no longer the end of the day for Husni; it is the beginning of opportunity, his smile is proof that we are securing his path toward a future where he is not forced to choose between work and learning.Thank you, for you fund the hope that follows every day of hard labor.

Kawthar, Education Versus Displacement
By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

Imagine a student who was forced to flee and face displacement more than 4 times. Every time she lost her home, it meant inevitably losing her books, lessons, and enduring a new cutoff from education, this constant uprooting in the life of Kawthar, made obtaining a high school diploma seem like an impossible dream. Stability was her greatest need.
Masarat provided her constancy, the solution lies in our portable remote learning model. Masarat provided Kawthar with a stable platform ensuring that her "classroom" moved with her, regardless of the camp where she settled. This continuous support restored her sense of continuity.
The impact is preparation for the future: thanks to this stability, Kawthar returned to study regularly, and she is now confidently preparing for the critical High School Diploma exam.
Thank you, for you fund the "mobile classroom" that guarantees our students educational stability in the face of the harshest humanitarian circumstances.

Student Voice First
By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader
![]()
In remote education, the biggest challenge lies in ensuring that the services we provide meet the actual and immediate needs of our students. If we don't listen to them regularly, we risk delivering ineffective solutions or wasting resources, thereby hindering their academic progress.
Therefore, our commitment to continuously soliciting feedback from our students regarding the services we provide at Masarat is a top priority. The solution is an integrated system that includes periodic surveys, focus groups, and open communication channels to evaluate everything: from the quality of educational content to the effectiveness of technical support and the performance of our counselors.
The impact is continuous improvement and transparency: this constant interaction ensures that our services continuously evolve based on real data, and makes the student feel responsible and partnered in the educational process.
Thank you, for you fund an organization that listens to its students and ensures every dollar is spent efficiently based on the voice of the beneficiary.
