Dear Well Wishers and Friends of APD,
I am participating in the TCS W10 K Run Bengaluru on 21st May 2017 as care champion Platinum.
I intend on running this race to raise awareness and funds for educate children with severe disabilities. I do hope to raise funds to provide Support, Rehabilitation and Social Inclusion for these young lives, in order for them to integrate into mainstream society.
Do join me in my endeavor to raise funds for The Association of People with Disability (APD).
About APD
The Association of People with Disability (APD) is a non-profit organization based out of Bangalore. Founded in 1959, APD has worked extensively over the last 58 years to reach out and rehabilitate People with Disability from the under privileged segment. The aim is to create an inclusive society, where people with disabilities are accepted into the mainstream economy and social life. A culture and eco system where they can earn, live and sustain themselves with dignity and respect.
