I am happy to report that we have added 2 more girls to the program. Their mothers will also join one of our Mother's Self-Help Groups where she will be supported by the other mothers and will save every month. The saving is for 3rd level education which is our goal for the girls. Within 2 years the mother will get a loan to buy a cow and that will set up the family for nutrition, income and assets to sell when needed.
We recently commenced evening classes for children where they will have electricity to do home work and can receive tuition in english.
