Our educational platform will educate, certify and prepare 15 schools were 1500 children, parents, administrative personnel and educational professionals on Child Sexual Violence (CSV). Based on factual evidence and specialized programs that have been prepared by experts on each area available. The platform allows for evaluations, follow-ups,certification and expandability. It's a sustainable model for education, change and professionalization in preventing CSV.
In Mexico child sexual abuse (CSA) is a current problem within educational environments, school reports on this topic have increased in 2021-2022 by 70% (Gobierno de Mexico, 2024) these reports show that both students and faculty have been affected. Sexual violence surges and maintains itself within society due to disinformation, fear, and silence. Even though there are current safety protocols by government institutions like the Secretary of EducatEducation, these aren't enough.
Fundacion PAS has focused their efforts in creating a way to inform, sensitize and coach parents, primary caretakers, education professionals, personnel from public and private institutions on the prevention, detection, canalization of CSA. This is achieved through the educational platform, a singular digital space where differentiated, age and context specific courses are available to all members of society so they can learn, act, and protect against CSA.
Thru education we create a society reinforced and equipped with the right tools to face and prevent CSV, allowing all platform users no matter their background or age to act and prevent dangerous situations, report upon the reveal of CSV and continue to learn and specialize in the matter. If 15 schools are coached on all levels to have the necessary tools to create safer spaces both inside and outside their immediate community, whether it be recreative, religious or other educational spaces.
