Our organization provides educational and capacity-building programs to help youth integrate into society and pursue their education. We aim to empower youth, fostering community improvement. This project supports 150 vulnerable undergraduates in Northern Lebanon, aged 18-21, by offering education and opportunities for a better future. We assist financially struggling students with scholarships, internships, capacity-building programs, social and volunteering activities.
In Lebanon, students face significant challenges due to pervasive poverty and economic instability, which hinder their education and well-being. Financial constraints lead many to drop out of school or university, as they struggle to afford essential supplies. Additionally, high transportation costs further complicate access, especially for those in remote areas. These economic disparities disproportionately affect vulnerable students, forcing many to abandon their education.
Our project is designed by applying strategic approach offering holistic support until university graduation, including educational assistance, academic orientation, capacity-building training and internship program. Through providing free internet access, educational materials, laptops to enhance learning outcomes. Mentorship connects students with role models for guidance and encouragement. Community engagement fosters support through implementation of social volunteering initiatives.
Our program goes beyond providing financial support for a semester or a year; it extends until students graduate from university and during their Summertime too, offering internships and enhancing employability. by investing in the education. We create long-term benefits for individuals and society. Empowering students breaks the cycle of poverty and promotes equity. Access to quality education opens opportunities for uplifting quality of life to their families and stable employment.
