As we approach the end of 2023, with 2024 seeing 13 years of our School providing quality education to the children of Chintsa, we have much to be thankful for. Through the generosity of our donors, sponsors and supporters, we employ 19 Chintsa residents on a full-time basis and a further 9 part time; each is invested in ensuring our Angels (many of whom are their children/grandchildren/relatives) receive a quality education.
This year we have measured the academic improvement of our children after the implementation of several new initiatives. Some have been successful, like the G3 parent support with spelling words, which saw a 78% improvement in spelling marks in Term 4. Not all of our initiatives returned such encouraging results. We will however continue to track and measure the impact of our interventions throughout 2024 to see what works best and to enable us to adapt to continually improve the quality of education we provide to our children and their families.
Thank you for your continued support of our work, which would not be possible without your generosity and advocacy of our project that is changing so many lives in Chintsa.
