For that, they kept maintain the planted coffee to grow healthy towards the sustinable livelihoods. The grant and support from GlobalGiving is the hope of the indigenous peoples who are badly afftected by the climate change. The Coffee now is growing fast and will give best  income for the tribes.

2. Continous Quarterly Meetings with the tribal communities to address issues of deforestation, restoration, protection and livelihoods.

In order to continue engaging the tribal communities and build their hope for the great disappointment that they had, the organization continued to conduct quarterly meetings in the community represented by the elders, leaders, youth and women. The meeting will give space for everybody to share their learnings, weakness, strength and opportunities to address the community concerns about deforestation, mining and cimate change.

3. Forest Guards Mapping, Monitoring and Protection of the Rainforest

In order to ensure the safety of the rainforest, the organization together with the forest guards monthly conducted monitoring of the rainforest and wildlife for the protection from the entry of the capitalists, hunters and miners.

4. Ways forward

Tribes and Natures Defenders Inc. and the tribal communities strive to restore the denuded mountains, provide livelihoods and protect the last rainforest of the indigenous peoples. In order to continue our valuable works for the survival of the tribes and natures, we need to call for more support to fuel our works in the tribal communities. We are calling for the kind donors to please help us to continue our efforts for the dying tribes and natures. Please extend your support again, we are forever grateful.
