Challenge

The lack of financial independence is forcing many women, victims of violence and abuse, to stay in relationships endangering them. Low self-esteem and few skills make these women vulnerable and unable to find an alternative life outside of these abusive relationships.

Solution

Skills training and employment opportunities will enable women to create a financially independent home in safety for themselves and their children and give them the confidence to cope and create a positive environment for their families.

Long-Term Impact

Full independent life in the community.
