In the town of Bowen, Mendoza Province, Fundación Bomberos de Argentina held its first training workshop since launching its Ecoguardians campaign.
This campaign focuses on forest fire prevention and environmental protection, targeting primary school students in particular.
The project was created in response to the urgent need to address the impact of these types of fires in our country and the importance of protecting ecosystems.
More than 200 children learned about the nature that surrounds them and the causes and consequences of forest fires through four thematic areas:
In this way, the Argentine Firefighters Foundation reaffirms its commitment to its mission of building safer and more resilient communities. Educating children means investing in a future where environmental awareness and risk prevention are part of everyday life.
