What happened in 2025. We report to the community

Friends, we are approaching the end of 2025.

Needless to say, this year has been difficult for many people in Ukraine. The conditions in which we live now hardly inspire unbridled optimism. However, you shouldn't view everything negatively. There was good news, interesting meetings, new acquaintances, and new ideas. So let's let the past year go and take only good feelings with us into 2026!

First, our community has grown significantly in size! We made significant progress in forming a Facebook community over the past year. Over 600 new readers have joined the group, bringing our total to 1,226. We started an Instagram page, and in a few months, we collected 190 subscribers. Currently, 266 people receive regular assistance for their children and are in constant communication in our Viber community.

Of course, these achievements may seem small to some. However, we are just beginning our movement. We see that our posts are being read, our community members are active, and, in general, we feel needed. For a start, this really impresses us.

Now, regarding the material assistance we provide to parents of sick children: Last year, we provided targeted assistance for various diseases about 280 times. Considering the cost of one parcel is 25,000 to 30,000 hryvnia, the total amount exceeds 7.5 million hryvnia. We primarily provided continuous monitoring sensors, medicine, and pump consumables, and we began working with insulin pumps. So far, we are talking about three pumps, for which funds were raised at the end of 2025. There is a long waiting list for pumps, and we plan to pay more attention to this area next year.

One of our achievements in 2025 will be the launch and successful testing of the SVOYM project. This project will be our most significant contribution to the organization's sustainability and development in the coming years. Based on the SVOYM project, we are forming a new community of parents who not only expect help from us but also play an active role in receiving it. These people will be the driving force of the movement in the coming years. We see development and prospects in cooperation with them. New ideas, projects, and opportunities for our children are emerging around SVOYM.

Most importantly, we have grown! Over the past year, new people have joined our organization. Three wonderful women have joined us, and with their tireless work, they help parents in our community obtain assistance for their children. Polina is from the Lviv region, Oksana is from the Kirovohrad region, and Yulia is from the Odessa region. These women were found among the parents themselves, have experience treating their children, and can apply their knowledge for the greater good. We respect them!

You are our most valuable asset! We believe that, with your help, our community's achievements will reach a new level. Currently, our organization has nine people who are fully or partially engaged in implementing work processes. We are confident that this number will grow. Behind every assistance provided, there is work that someone needs to do. This work is not always visible, but without it, nothing would be possible. Thank you for your dedication to our shared cause. It's great to be on the same team with you! Great things are ahead of us.

We hope that our entire community will welcome 2026 with optimism and faith that everything will be fine. What else can I say? You deserve it.
