Sindhupalchowk district has reported the highest number of death toll till date. ECCA conducted 2 medical camps at Chautara municipality of Sindhupalchowk district on 5th May, 2015. The medical team was divided into 2 groups and deployed in ward number 2 and 7 of Chautara municipality where 182 villagers were examined. The medical team consisted of 4 doctors, 2 nurses, ECCA staff and ECCA volunteers.
Again, ECCA organized two-days long health camps starting on the 6th and ending on the 7th of May, 2015, covering two villages in Sindhupalchowk. One health camp was set up at the Norboling Manichaur Lower Secondary School, Kharka at Kiul V.D.C. and another health camp was set-up at Palamarang V.D.C. Altogether, 223 villagers were examined. Cases of diarrhea, acute respiratory infections, fractures and injuries were treated in the camp.
