Thanks to your amazing support, construction on the new healthcare facility is continuing with success! They have begun to prepare for the second floor of the clinic, and we have a volunteer in Chanauti who gets to see all the progress.
Mason describes the beginning of his service: "Two weeks into my trip and I could not be happier. I feel right at home in beautiful Chanaute, and have been welcomed in by so many new friends and family. Clinic has ramped up this past week (20 patients yesterday and 19 today) as word has spread that acupuncture has returned! My Nepali is slowly improving thanks to the help of many, and I spend my afternoons going on walks and house hopping, as locals are always eager to invite me in for some milk tea. Very much looking forward to the next two months in this wonderful part of the world."
