Thank You for your continue support of Global Reach International. We would like to post an update on some of our projects. Global Reach International has given $20,500 to projects in Nepal. We have built a school for children, constructed temporary housing for earthquake victims, supplied food, medical and tents to those in need and currently is building water wells for villages that lost them during the earthquake.
Below is an email from one of our field operators:
Hello,
We are constructing water wells in 3 locations in Bungamati, namely: Khandre, khalba and one at health post.
It's under construction, yet I have sent the pictures from all three sites. please find it. We have constructed all the wells in the public land so it can be used by all the community.
We have ordered for a water tank and a stand as well. It's yet to be delivered. It might take around 2 more weeks. We will fix the water pump in each well, so people can fill water in the tank, so it would be more convenient and safe for them.
We have spent around, 1,80,000 rupees so far.
Thank you very much for your support.
Regards
