The Binaytara Foundation partnered with local non-profits in Nepal to provide immediate relief to the earthquake victims. Our partner organizations, Sipradian Sahayata Sanstha, and Rotary Club of Durbarmarg provided relief materials and medical treatments to earthquake victims in Gorkha, and Sindhupalchowk districts.
A team of volunteers led by BTF honorary member Dr. Rajendra Baral distributed rice, lentil, oil, sugar, parched rice, bhujia, soap, medicines, and tents to approximately 150 families affected by the earthquake in Bhotachaur village of Sindhupalchok district. The BTF partnered with the Rotary Club of Durbarmarg for this relief effort. The BTF provided $2,000 to the Rotarty club of Durbarmarg for this relief effort.
Volunteers working with our non-profit partner the Sipradian Sahayata Sanstha are providing relief in several vilages in Dhading, Sindhupalchowk, and Gorkha distrcits. The BTF provided $5,000to Sipradian Sahayata Sanstha to help the earthquake victims in these areas.
