Occupational therapy is the art and science of helping people perform daily activities that are important and meaningful to their health and well-being. The occupations are centered on the participant's (children's) identity and sense of competence. Based on the areas of occupations of each child, according to the age at the time of the evaluation and the stage of development, we define if the expected goals are being met or not.
We work in the following Areas of Occupation: activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily living, rest and sleep, education, leisure, free time, social participation. Performance skills: sensory and perceptual (Vestibular, Proprioception, Visual, Auditory, emotional regulation, cognitive stimulation, Communication skills and social skills.
