Establish an institution for Early Childhood Development for trainers of pre-school/primary school aged children.
To date, Nigeria has no established institution for the training of trainers/professionals in early childhood development. Some Colleges of Education that handle part of the early years education do exist. As such, teachers trained for older children are being adapted to teach in primary and nursery schools. This is not enough to provide very young children with the foundation they deserve. Community Child Education and Development plans to establish an institution to fill this need.
To establish an institution for early childhood development trainers and professionals with courses in child development, child psychology, health, harmful traditional practices, child nutrition, communication skills, reasoning skills, etc.
To create an established institution for the training of trainers/professionals in early childhood development.
